The location felt central, with access to Rome's main attractions.

To top it all off, I found ants crawling around my room. On top of that, the thermostat in the room didn't seem to work properly, leaving the room uncomfortably cold during the night.

This place is truly exceptional because of the incredible location and garden views. The room is impeccably clean and equipped with a dining area, a sitting area, and a study table. The beds are extremely comfy to sleep on.

The location is really good, just a short stroll to the Colosseum and within walking distance of restaurants. The suite offered a gorgeous garden view and was impressively spacious. The bed was comfortable.

the unbelievable location was close to a miniature golf course. my room included coffee and tea making equipment, a writing table, and ironing facilities.

Waking up to birds singing in the beautiful garden was magical! Spacious room with antique style but watch out for the ants that scurried around 😬 Cozy up if it gets chilly at night!

The apartment hotel offered a peaceful escape from the chaotic city. The super-spacious living room had a good ambiance, with charming furniture and tasteful décor. I adored the little kitchenette, made it easy to prepare snacks. Being just a 10-minute walk from Roma Termini and the Colosseum was convenient. The apartment needed some maintenance. The bathroom had broken fixtures, like the toilet lid. Thin walls allowed noise from neighbors and a nearby festival to disrupt my sleep. The room felt chilly at night, even with the heater on, and I noticed some ants making their way in through gaps in the wooden flooring. The charm of the surroundings balanced the inconveniences, but I hope they address the maintenance issues soon.

Amazing location a short walk from both the train station and Colosseum. Loved the secure garden that seemed like an escape from the city, and the places nearby for breakfast were perfect for morning vibes.

Comfortable Suite with a Garden View

Enjoyed the beautiful suite with a garden view, although the loud music from the nearby venue disrupted our sleep. The location was convenient for exploring the city.

Had a wonderful time here! the staff was super friendly, the room was absolutely gorgeous - I couldn't ask for more. Plus, the location was perfect since it was so close to the Metro station. 🌟.

Stayed for 5 days and didn't feel like leaving. I truly enjoyed its awesome location. I would love to come back. the hotel met required needs. the staff was amazingly great and kind.
